Opportunities
Determining health priorities took into account information from a variety of sources: this Community Health Needs Assessment; community key informant input; data from Houston County Volunteer Medical Clinic and the North Central Health District; coalition discussions; other local assessment findings; and a review of the work of community partners.The process utilized for establishing priorities included ranking as well as discussion with internal departments and external organizations.and yielded the following health topics prioritized for action:
